For the Projects Department in Rotterdam we are looking for a:


The job

To secure its role as sales strategic partner within the given sales area. These accounts are large national or international accounts. The aim is to ensure productive and efficient sales activities around these large accounts.

The emphasis is placed on growth and profitability in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the company.

Increasing sales by communicating with clients, carriers, suppliers and vendors in the region while projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interactions.

Processing of enquiries, responding efficiently and accurately to customers requiring RFQ, RFP, RFI, Tenders, Bids and Proposal and negotiating win-win profitable conversions pertaining to shipments.

The candidate

  • You have an academic work and vocational & thinking level
  • Experience in freight forwarding and logistics industry, knowledge of Industrial Projects freight management and needs preferably 5-7 years’ experience with documented sales record 
  • International sales experience and shown excellent results.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English (both written & verbal) and have good intercultural skills
  • You are a team player, flexible in working hours, excellent negotiation & presentation techniques and able to work under pressure
